1. What types of Golf Trolley do you offer?

We offer two models of STARWAYFTR Golf Trolley: Crux G7 Pro and Crux G9. Both share the same size but differ in features and configurations.

  • Product Size: 1230 × 635 × 1050 mm
  • Folding Size: 705 × 635 × 410 mm

These electric golf trolleys are designed for convenience, portability, and easy storage, making them suitable for golfers of all levels.
2. How long does it take to charge the battery?

A full charge typically takes 4–6 hours. The battery is removable, allowing for convenient indoor charging.
3. How to connect the golf trolley with STARWAYFTR APP?

To connect your golf trolley to the STARWAYFTR App:

  1. Download the STARWAYFTR APP from Google Play or Apple Store.
  2. Power on the golf trolley. Open the app, select Add Device, and let the app search for nearby vehicles.
  3. After your vehicle is identified, click Bind and follow the prompts to complete the connection.
4. How to use the remote control?

Step 1: Charging

  • Fully charge before first use.

Step 2: Pairing

  • Enter Pairing Mode: Press the Menu button 5 times quickly.
  • Confirm Pairing: Signal indicator on the dashboard blinks. Press Power or Power Assist on the remote to confirm.
  • Successful Pairing: Both dashboard indicators stay solidly lit.

Step 3: Operation

  • Use buttons to control forward, backward, left, and right movements.

Step 4: Operating Range

  • Effective range: 10 meters
  • Maximum range under ideal conditions: 50 meters
  • Range may vary depending on environment and obstacles.
5. What is the mileage on a full charge and the Max. Incline?
  • Typical range: ≈25 km, enough for over 36 holes on a flat course.
  • Maximum incline: 25%

Note: Range measured with full battery, 30 kg load, 25°C ambient temperature, on flat asphalt at 6.5 km/h. Driving on grass, uphill, or with extra load will reduce range.
6. What is the push speed?

The speed can be set from 1 to 6.5 km/h, either manually or via the remote control, allowing golfers to match their walking pace comfortably.
7. How to remove the battery?

To safely remove the battery:

  1. Slide the battery connection switch to OFF.
  2. Press and hold the release clip.
  3. Grip the battery handle slots and lift the battery out.
8. What kind of battery does it use?

The STARWAYFTR Golf Trolley uses high-quality lithium-ion batteries.

  • Voltage: 24V
  • Capacity: 240Wh (R01) / 375Wh (R01 PRO)
  • Battery Cell Type: 18650

These batteries ensure long-lasting power for your golf sessions and are removable for easy charging.
9. How to charge the remote control?
  1. Use a Type-C charger for the remote control.
  2. Full charge takes approximately 6 hours.
  3. The remote is fully charged when the LED indicator changes from flashing to steady.
  4. You can also charge it via the charging port on the control panel.

Why won’t my electric golf trolley turn on?
  • Check if the battery is fully charged using the original charger
  • Ensure the battery is properly installed and locked into place
  • Clean battery and frame contacts to ensure good connection
  • Inspect power cable and internal connections
  • Try another battery or controller to identify faulty parts
Why is my golf trolley remote control not pairing?
  • Follow the correct pairing steps within 10 seconds after powering on
  • Make sure the remote control battery is fully charged
  • Restart both the trolley and remote control before retrying
  • Test with another remote or trolley to identify the issue
Why does my electric golf trolley pull left or right?
  • Check if tire pressure is equal on both sides
  • Ensure rear wheels are installed in the same drive position
  • Confirm the front wheel swivel lock is fully released
  • Inspect motor or controller performance
  • Check if the frame is bent or damaged
Why is my golf trolley difficult to fold or unfold?
  • Clean folding joints and remove any dirt or debris
  • Apply lubricant to all moving parts
  • Adjust bolt tightness to ensure smooth movement
  • Check internal cables or sliding mechanisms if necessary
