Warranty Coverage
1. Warranty Region
Applies only to electric bicycles and scooters and golf carts purchased from the Starway official website, authorized dealers, or other platforms, corresponding to the country of purchase and used within that country. For purchases from dealers, please contact the original dealer for after-sales service. All Starway bicycle and scooter and golf cart owners are entitled to contact Starway's customer service team for troubleshooting services throughout their product's entire lifespan.
2. Warranty Scope and Period
Starway warrants that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship during the applicable Limited Warranty period from the original date of purchase delivery, provided the product is used under normal conditions and in accordance with Starway's published guidelines

The warranty period commences from the date of purchase, as verified by the purchase invoice or receipt. In the event that proof of purchase cannot be provided, the warranty shall be calculated from the product's manufacturing date.
Special Notes: Commercial or Shared Use: If the vehicle is used for commercial, sharing, or rental purposes, the warranty period for all components is reduced to 12 months. (golf trolley is 3 months)
Replacement Part Warranty: The warranty for a replaced part or product continues for the remainder of the original order's warranty period and is not recalculated.
Ownership and Warranty Duration
1. First Owner (Original Purchaser)
Conditional and limited 2-year warranty.
2. Subsequent Owners (Second or Later Owners)
Not covered under warranty, but may contact the customer service team for assistance.
3. Limitation
A. Excluded Components - (Limitations to the warranty scope above)
Paint and graphics are not included in the definitions above.
Suspension forks and suspension components are not included in the definition of the frame or frameset.
Consumables or normal wear components (including but not limited to tires, inner tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chains, and spokes).
B. Third-party components are not covered by this warranty.
Examples include drivetrain, braking system, or suspension components.

Failure to perform maintenance or service at appropriate intervals according to the written instructions accompanying the product.
Bearings, brake pads, chains, freewheel bodies, grips, rubber moving parts, shift levers, brake cables and housing, spokes, chainrings, stripped threads/bolts.
Tools, transmission gears.
C. Improper Assembly, Operation, and Maintenance
i. Improper assembly or installation.
ii. Crashes, neglect, improper repairs, improper maintenance, or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use.
iii. Improper modification or installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally designed for or compatible with the product.
iv. Corrosion.
v. Battery damage caused by power surges, use of improper chargers, improper maintenance, other misuse, normal wear, or water damage is not covered.
vi. For the avoidance of doubt, Starway assumes no responsibility for any damage, malfunction, or loss resulting from any unauthorized service or the use of unauthorized parts.
Shipping Damage
Damage to products during shipping is not covered under this warranty. Notwithstanding this limitation, Starway agrees to replace such damaged products if you meet the following conditions:
1. Notify Starway of the product damage during shipping within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase delivery date of the product.
2. Promptly provide Starway with dated photos and/or videos of the damaged product.
3. Return all original packaging and documents accompanying the product.
4. Inspect the product immediately upon receipt; or, before signing for the shipment, clearly and in detail note any immediately identifiable damage to the product on the carrier's bill of lading.
5. If you choose to use your own independent shipping method (e.g., using a freight forwarder or similar service), Starway will not be responsible for replacing any product damaged during such shipping.
Claims Process Determination
Before replacing any warranted part under this Limited Warranty, Starway must first see photos or videos of the damaged warranted part.
To exercise your rights to obtain a replacement of a warranted part under this Limited Warranty, you must:
1. Contact the Starway Customer Service Team via Support@starwayfuture.com or the hotline. The customer service team will first work with you regarding the issue with your electric bicycle/scooter to determine potential simple solutions;
2. If the customer service team determines that a warranted part must be replaced, they will provide you with a set of instructions for returning the defective warranted part and receiving the replacement part;
3. After you receive the replacement warranted part, the customer service team will also assist in determining how to replace or install the new part on your electric bicycle/scooter;
4. You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the warranted part, unless Starway agrees in writing to pay such costs. Warranted parts replaced under this Limited Warranty will only be shipped to the original purchaser's address;
Transferability:
Subsequent Owners (Second or Later Owners)
For subsequent owners (second or later owners), the 2-year Limited Warranty is not transferable from the original owner, but subsequent owners may contact the customer service team for assistance.
Disclaimer:
In all cases, Starway reserves the right to restrict warranty service to the country where the product was purchased.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, STARWAYFTR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE DURING THE TERM OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.
Some states, provinces, or countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. If a term of this warranty is determined to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, all other terms shall remain in full force and effect.

Dispute Resolution:
We are committed to customer satisfaction and will endeavor to resolve any disputes relating to this Limited Warranty.
Arbitration Agreement: You agree that all disputes arising out of or relating to this warranty or the product between you and Starway shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than in court or by a jury. You therefore waive the right to participate in class actions and the right to a jury trial.
Governing Law and Arbitration Venue:
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SHIAC) for arbitration in Shanghai. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.
North America (USA, Canada) is governed by the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act, and substantive law shall be that of California, USA. The place of arbitration shall be the State of California, USA, administered by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution, a division of the American Arbitration Association (ICDR-AAA).
Individual Disputes: All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis, and the arbitrator may not consolidate multiple claims or award class-wide relief.
