At STARWAYFTR, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and transparently. This policy details our shipping methods, fees, and procedures, aiming to provide a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers.
1. Deliverable Addresses
· We ship to select countries worldwide. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. STARWAYFTR is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance issues. (Within the US, we currently do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska).

3. Shipping Costs
· Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, destination, and carrier rates. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
4. Signature Confirmation Service
· l Applies To: E-Bikes and E-Cargo bikes only (high-value items).
· l Fee: $15 per bike.
· l Rule: The carrier must obtain a signature upon delivery; packages cannot be left unattended.
· l Limitation: This service does not cover non-bicycle items. The "Extended Shipping Insurance" can be purchased at checkout to cover all items in the order.
5. Partner Shipping Carriers
· We prioritize using our partner carriers to ensure timely delivery. We reserve the right to substitute other reputable carriers when necessary.
· Once your order ships, we will provide the tracking number via email. You can also check your package status on our website or through the carrier's portal.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
· l Disclaimer: We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged due to the actions/inactions of carriers, including our partner carriers.
· l Recommendation: You may choose the "Signature Confirmation Service" to mitigate risk.
· l Damaged Packaging: Damaged outer packaging does not necessarily mean the item inside is damaged. If you notice damaged packaging upon delivery, we recommend immediately filing a claim with the carrier. Our customer service team will assist with issues related to the product itself.
7. Restocking Fee Rules
· l Unused E-Bikes: A $200 restocking fee per bike for returns within 14 days of receipt.
· l Used E-Bikes: A 20% restocking fee of the total order value for returns within 14 days of receipt.
· l Refused Delivery: A fixed fee of $200 per bike (covers partial handling costs).
· l Exemptions: Faulty items received within 14 days may be returned without a restocking fee, subject to confirmation by our customer service team (please notify us as soon as possible).
