Q: How to Ride the Scooter?

 First, stand on the pedal with one foot and push off with the other foot. Then place both feet on the deck and keep your balance. Gently press the throttle to accelerate. It is recommended to ride at a constant speed and avoid sudden acceleration or braking.

Note: The electric scooter will only start working when it is in a gliding state and the speed reaches 5 km/h.
Q: What are the Requirements for Riding a Scooter?

The Starway electric scooter Comet Series is suitable for riders aged 16 to 50 years, with a height between 120 cm and 200 cm. The maximum payload is 120 kg. It is prohibited to ride after drinking alcohol or taking drugs which may affect your judgment.
Q: How to Switch Riding Modes?

Short press the power button twice in a row to switch between different riding modes.

  • Pedestrian mode maximum speed: 6 km/h.
  • Standard mode (D) maximum speed: 20 km/h.
  • Sports mode (S) maximum speed: 25 km/h.

Please do not switch riding modes while the scooter is in motion.
Q: How to Use the Energy Recovery Function?

While riding, when you squeeze the brake lever or release the throttle to coast, energy recovery will initiate, converting part of the kinetic energy into electrical energy for storage and reuse. Energy recovery can increase range and simultaneously provides a braking effect. When using it for the first time, it is recommended to set the level to "Weak". After connecting to the Starway APP, scroll down on the main product interface to set the energy recovery intensity. The default is "Weak", with options for "Weak", "Medium", and "Strong".
